PR Summary:

When the coronavirus pandemic evolved into an emergency situation for business owners around the world, Erin Joy, CEO of Black Dress Circle, came up with a plan to help the St. Louis community: a small business task force. Receiving its first media hit on March 23 – just days after the realization that COVID-19 could have serious economic repercussions – the Arco team crafted a largely successful PR campaign announcing the concept. Placements included:
